Our
Health

At the Lennox Island Health Centre, our team of professionals is dedicated to helping community members access healthcare services close to home.

Families and individuals can access a wide range of primary healthcare services at the Centre including health clinics, information sessions, diabetes support, sexual health services, preventative screenings, dietitian services and our Home and Community Care Program.

In addition to our primary healthcare services, we offer many other programs and services to support mental health, family and child, healthy living, early learning, youth/young adults, and seniors.

If you need further help navigating the healthcare system, please reach out to our Mi’kmaw Patient Navigator.

We strive to provide care grounded in cultural humility, respect, and empathy.  Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your care more culturally safe and sensitive.
