- Weekly one-on-one programming available for band/community members.
- Support provided to both children and adults.

Skating Group

Location: Tyne Valley Rink
Times Offered: Wednesdays and Saturdays (September to March)
Overview of Service/Program:
- Provides school-aged children with the opportunity to learn how to skate.
- Encourages skating as a social activity.
- Skates and helmets are provided.
- Transportation to the rink in Tyne Valley is also provided.
- Group runs from September to March with sessions twice a week.
Swimming Group

- The Swimming Group runs from September to May.
- Designed for male students in Hernewood Junior High School.
- Transportation to the Mill River Resort pool is provided.
Mindfulness Group

Times Offered: Throughout the school year
Overview of Service/Program:
- The Mindfulness Group is an 8-week program for teenagers struggling with anxiety.
- Available to Hernewood Junior High School students who are band/community members.
- Sessions take place after school from 3:45 PM to 6 PM at LIHC.
c.a.r.e (Challenge Abuse Through Respect Education)

Times Offered: Yearly (May and June)
Overview of Service/Program:
- Offered by the Canadian Red Cross, the c.a.r.e. program helps elementary-aged children learn valuable information about safety and personal rights.
- Through puppetry and interactive teaching, children learn that their bodies are their own and the distinctions between good and bad forms of touching.
